Villa Folly enjoys spacious living accommodation and suits the needs of both adults and children. It is furnished to a modern and luxury standard to facilitate minimal maintenance, and complements a comfortable and relaxing holiday whilst retaining a homely atmosphere. The villa offers three bedrooms, two with ensuite bath/shower rooms, one with adjacent shower room. The use of air conditioning throughout the villa, heating to the swimming pool and further accommodation in the basement, are available for guests who require these extra facilities. The ground floor front door opens into an open plan spacious hall and the large lounge is furnished with comfortable leather sofas and coffee tables. A wood burning stove, TV with Sky digi box, DVD with surround sound music system is included. There are three sets of large patio doors, one opening onto the pool and patio area, and two onto the barbecue patio.
The dining room has a large dining table which extends to provide seating for up to ten people. A further set of patio doors open onto the side of the villa.
The kitchen leads off the dining room and is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, ceramic electric hob and oven. Also available are iron and board, electric juicer and food processor. The kitchen is 'user friendly', easy to work in and is furnished with an excellent supply of cooking implements, crockery and cutlery
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor also with patio doors to the front of the villa. It offers twin beds, a large fitted wardrobe and has an adjacent shower room.
First Floor The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a luxury large double bed, ample fitted wardrobes and includes an ensuite bath/shower room. Patio doors lead to a large veranda overlooking the pool and patio.
The second bedroom, also located on the first floor, has twin beds, a large fitted wardrobe and ensuite shower room. Patio doors to the veranda overlooking the front of the villa.
Location of Villa Folly within Vale do Lobo: Villa Folly is situated in the new and secluded Zone 10 of the resort, 50 metres from the 8th. fairway of the Ocean golf course. It enjoys a tranquil and peaceful location whilst being within easy access of the Praca, beach and other resort areas.
