I also enclose/will forward, together with my outstanding balance, a further cheque in the sum of £500 to act as security/damage deposit and understand this will be returned to me or destroyed, following confirmation by the Agent to the Owner that no damage has occurred to the villa, its contents, the pool or the garden during my stay. Passport/identity card copies of all guests residing in the villa are also enclosed/will be forwarded together with my outstanding balance.

Note [a] Equipment Hire: We can organise the hire of Cots, Highchairs and Playpens. The weekly hire cost of these are as follows: Cot - £20; Highchair - £16; Playpen - £16
Note [b] Food parcel: We can arrange for a food parcel to be left in the villa for your arrival - sometimes useful if you have a late flight. The food parcel consists of essentials to satisfy initial hunger pangs such as tea, coffee, milk, juice, water, rolls, butter, jam, cheese and ham. These are prepared for either six people at a cost of £30, or eight people at a cost of £40
